1. About TrainPriceTracker

TrainPriceTracker (“we”, “our” or “us”) provides fare tracking, historical price context, and price-drop alerts for Eurostar train journeys, accessible via our website, browser extension, WhatsApp, and an MCP integration for AI assistants (together, the “Services”).

TrainPriceTracker is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Eurostar International Limited, its subsidiaries, or any of its official partners. Any references to "Eurostar" are used only to identify the routes and fares our Services describe. All Eurostar trademarks, service marks and trade names are the property of Eurostar International Limited. We do not sell tickets: search results and alerts link out to Eurostar’s own website to complete a booking.

TrainPriceTracker is provided free of charge. It is not a booking service — no tickets, payments, or reservations are made through TrainPriceTracker at any point. Every booking is completed directly on Eurostar’s own website, where the price and availability shown at that point are the only ones that are authoritative.

2. Using the Services

You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial fare research and alerting. By using the Services you agree not to:

• Automate, script, or bulk-scrape requests against our website, APIs, or MCP tools beyond normal interactive use.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or exceed the rate limits and quotas we apply to protect the Services.
• Attempt to access, probe, or interfere with any account, system, or data you are not authorized to access.
• Use the Services to send spam, harass another person, or submit false, misleading, or abusive content through our feedback, alert, or WhatsApp channels.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or build a competing product primarily by republishing our fare data or alert content wholesale.

We may suspend or block access, without notice, from any source we reasonably believe is abusing the Services in a way covered above.

3. Accuracy of Fare Data

Fares, availability, and price history are provided for informational purposes only. Prices change frequently and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current at the moment you view them. Always confirm the final price and availability on Eurostar’s own website or app before relying on it, and definitely before travelling. We are not responsible for booking decisions made based on data shown in the Services.

4. Alerts

We do not guarantee that any fare will drop, or that a lower price is available at all — alerts simply notify you of prices we have observed. Eurostar’s prices can change at any time: the price referenced in an alert is a snapshot from when we last checked, not a guarantee that the same price will still be available when you go to book, that an alert will be sent before the price changes again, or that we will detect every price change. 5. The Browser Extension, WhatsApp, and MCP Integration

These are optional ways to access the same underlying Services and are subject to these Terms in addition to any store, platform, or AI-assistant-provider terms that apply to how you installed or connected them (e.g. the Chrome Web Store, WhatsApp Business Platform, or your AI assistant provider).

6. No Warranty

The Services are provided free of charge, on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We make no promise or representation, and accept no obligation, as to the truth or accuracy of any fare, price, alert, or other information shown.

7. Limitation of Liability

Because the Services are provided entirely free of charge, and no booking, payment, or transaction of any kind takes place through TrainPriceTracker, to the fullest extent permitted by law we accept no liability of any kind — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use of the Services, including loss arising from fare or availability changes, missed or delayed alerts, inaccurate information, or any booking decision made using the Services. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, pricing, or availability of Eurostar or any other third party.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our website together with the effective date.
